Salesforce Engineering Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations

• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of Salesforce engineers

• Collaborate with product managers, admins, and business stakeholders for solution delivery

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices

• Oversee release management and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth deployments

Required Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Proven experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect track) – Mandatory

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
