DX Senior Consultant – Industry Solution (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilties:

Lead and propose DX strategies tailored for Japanese manufacturing clients in North & Central America.
Manage end-to-end delivery of DX solutions including MES, CMMS, PLM, ERP, SCM, and QMS.
Develop customized IT solutions and partnerships aligned with Japanese manufacturing operations.
Act as a Trusted Advisor and Account Manager, cultivating executive-level client relationships.
Drive business development by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
Contribute to the company’s growth by delivering high-quality consulting and identifying scalable solutions in the manufacturing sector.

Strong ability to:

Analyze client needs and business processes.
Structure and communicate solutions effectively.
Manage cross-functional and multicultural stakeholders.
Operate independently in English within multilingual environments.

Additional requirements:

Deep understanding of Japanese manufacturing culture and operations.
Language Requirement: Business-level proficiency in Japanese or Spanish (essential for accurate coordination and trust building with clients).
Excellent team collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Expertise:

10+ years in IT planning, consulting, or digital transformation within the manufacturing sector.
Proven track record in delivering multiple IT/DX transformation projects in cross-cultural environments.
Hands-on experience with MES, CMMS, PLM, ERP, SCM, QMS highly valued.
Background in consulting firms or manufacturing IT departments preferred.
Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud, AI, data, and automation concepts.
Familiarity with smart manufacturing trends (DX, Industry 4.0, operational technologies).
Experience with change management in multinational contexts.
Contributions to consulting methodologies or service offerings are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
