Certification: Genesys Cloud CX Certified Professional (Required)
Key Responsibility:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
10+ years in contact center solutions
3+ years of dedicated experience with Genesys Cloud
Proficiency with Genesys Cloud Architect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Lex
Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java for backend logic
Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-native design
Strong knowledge of call routing, omnichannel communication, and CC operations
Agile team experience; ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
