Key Requirements:
Infrastructure Setup: Lead and contribute to the implementation and configuration of the infrastructure for the Data Integration Hub.
Agile Development: Perform Design, Development, and Implementation (DD&I) tasks using Agile methodology across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
ETL Development: Develop ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS for automating data acquisition and transformation processes.
Data Integration: Acquire and integrate data from various sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDFs for analytics and visualization use cases.
SQL Scripting: Write and optimize complex SQL scripts in Oracle and/or Snowflake.
Testing & Deployment: Conduct integration, load, and stress testing; deploy robust data solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
Support & Enhancement: Provide ongoing support and continuous enhancements to the Data Integration Hub.
Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data models using tools like Visio, Erwin, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, analysts, and data engineers to design implementations and define data acquisition strategies.
Automation Support: Assist in automating the verification and validation processes for data pipelines and transformations.
Tool Configuration: Support the setup and configuration of development tools and environments.
Requirements Analysis: Interpret evolving business requirements and recommend scalable and efficient technical solutions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:
ETL Development: 8+ years of experience developing ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS.
Data Integration: 8+ years acquiring and integrating data from multiple sources for reporting or BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
SQL Expertise: 8+ years developing complex SQL scripts in Oracle and/or Snowflake.
Systems Analysis: 8+ years as a System Analyst on data analytics, performance management, or data warehousing projects.
Documentation & Modeling: Strong skills in technical writing, data modeling, and diagramming using tools like Visio, Erwin, MS Office, and MS Project.
Enterprise Delivery: Proven experience delivering enterprise software solutions across multiple organizational units.
Clean Code Practices: Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern development standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Agile Experience: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Data Security Awareness: Understanding of data security principles, especially in the context of healthcare, PII, or PHI data.
Industry Background: Experience in the healthcare industry or public sector is highly desirable.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Python scripting, JIRA, and data visualization tools.
Software & DevOps: Familiarity with Web Services (REST/SOAP), Java, JavaScript, C#, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
Integration & BI Tools: Experience with Mulesoft and working in performance metrics or BI dashboard environments.
