Java Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibility:

• Create prototypes to validate technical designs.

• Develop UML diagrams to map current/future application states.

• Lead end-to-end SDLC phases (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment).

• Supervise software initiatives to ensure stable, quality deliverables.

• Provide strategic technical direction and system architecture.

• Estimate effort, coordinate external teams, and ensure on-time/budget delivery.

• Mentor programmers and advise project managers on critical technical issues.

Requirements:

• Full SDLC involvement (analysis to deployment).

• Application security implementation.

• Technical leadership (guiding teams, architecture decisions).

• Collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Proven expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

• Experience in banking/financial services in the last two projects.
