Coordinate the onboarding process and documentation
Ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience.
Employer Branding
Represent the company at job fairs and online platforms
Build relationships with colleges, institutes, and recruitment partners.
HR Operations
Maintain recruitment records and databases in the HRIS
Support other HR tasks like employee engagement, performance processes, and training.
Compliance
Ensure hiring practices align with local labor laws and internal policies.
Stay current with recruitment trends and legal requirements.
Key Skills Required

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience (preferably in a similar industry)
