Roles and Responsibility:

Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview coordination, and final selection
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for diverse roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule and facilitate interview rounds and follow-ups.

Onboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process and documentation
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience.

Employer Branding

  • Represent the company at job fairs and online platforms
  • Build relationships with colleges, institutes, and recruitment partners.

HR Operations

  • Maintain recruitment records and databases in the HRIS
  • Support other HR tasks like employee engagement, performance processes, and training.

Compliance

  • Ensure hiring practices align with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Stay current with recruitment trends and legal requirements.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience (preferably in a similar industry)
  • Knowledge of the Nagpur  job market is a plus.
