- Strong hands-on coding experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
- Proficient in customisation and configuration in Salesforce using Apex, LWC/Aura.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integrations.
- Capable of implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Follow best practices and coding standards in all development activities.
- Work with REST & SOAP web services, JSON, and XML.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using logs.
- Participate in code reviews and promote quality across the team.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3 โ 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud features.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-driven individual contributor experience.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
