Conduct 8–10 technical interviews per day to assess software engineering candidates
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring targets and align with recruitment plans.
Evaluate candidates objectively and share structured feedback with the hiring team.
Participate in internal discussions to maintain high interview quality standards.
Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using ReactJS
Act as a technical ambassador, ensuring quality standards in both development and hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8–10 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Expertise in ReactJS.
Proficient in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, and ReactJS.
Prior experience in conducting interviews and evaluating technical talent.
Ability to manage high interview volumes and maintain a high standard of evaluation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
