- ย Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Customize and configure using Apex, LWC, and Aura on Sales/Service Cloud.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Follow best practices and development standards.
- Work with REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware.
- ย Troubleshoot and maintain the health of the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Present demos to stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration across geographies.
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 6โ7 years of hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service).
- Ability to lead and mentor others, with strong communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect) are a plus.
