Project Manager (Salesforce)

Roles and Responsibility:

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues

Salesforce Exposure

• Work on projects involving Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Education Cloud)
• Understand basic concepts of data migration and system integrations (APIs)
• Collaborate with technical teams on Salesforce-related implementations

Business Analysis & Coordination

• Gather and document business requirements
• Prepare user stories, BRDs, and functional documentation
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates
• Coordinate with Development and QA teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience in project planning, tracking, and delivery management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Zoho CRM
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to MuleSoft, FormAssembly, or Stripe
• Experience in Education or Healthcare domains
