Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues
Salesforce Exposure
Work on projects involving Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Education Cloud)
Understand basic concepts of data migration and system integrations (APIs)
Collaborate with technical teams on Salesforce-related implementations
Business Analysis & Coordination
Gather and document business requirements
Prepare user stories, BRDs, and functional documentation
Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates
Coordinate with Development and QA teams for smooth project execution
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience in project planning, tracking, and delivery management
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Zoho CRM
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Exposure to MuleSoft, FormAssembly, or Stripe
Experience in Education or Healthcare domains
