Responsibility:
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Validate email templates, journey builder campaigns, automation scripts, and segmentation logic
Conduct end-to-end testing of data flows between SFMC and connected platforms (CRM, APIs, ETLs)
Perform UI, functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing
Document and report defects; work with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes.
Support UAT and deployment cycles with thorough regression testing and sign-offs
Requirements:
12–15+ years of total QA experience with at least 3–5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on testing experience in:
Good understanding of data extensions, contact models, and marketing data architecture.
Experience with SQL for data validation.
Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign flows, and customer journeys.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication skills – must be able to clearly articulate findings and collaborate cross-functionally.
