Salesforce Developer (AppExchange – Managed Package Focus)

Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilties:

• Design, develop, and enhance Managed Packages and AppExchange apps.

• Ensure compliance with AppExchange security review and deployment guidelines.

• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools.

• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver features.

• Apply Agile practices and use version control (Git) for efficient delivery.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues within managed package environments.

• Contribute to release management, packaging strategies, and deployment automation.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools.

• Proven hands-on experience with Managed Packages and AppExchange development.

• In-depth knowledge of AppExchange security review, licensing, and deployment models.

• Proficiency in API-based integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with external customers and partners.

• Knowledge of CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
