Salesforce Certinia (FinancialForce) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and integrations

• Configure and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce) modules

• Design robust data models, write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries, and ensure performance efficiency

• Implement unit testing and manage deployment automation using Copado

• Apply Salesforce security and sharing model best practices (roles, hierarchies, permissions)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate PSA and financial processes into technical solutions

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies for iterative delivery

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with Certinia (FinancialForce PSA)

• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce configuration

• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data security models

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification

• Experience in project accounting, resource management, or PSA workflows

• Familiarity with Agile project environments and Scrum delivery frameworks
