Key Responsibilties:
Act as a functional expert for Salesforce CPQ, leading implementations, enhancements, and support.
Define, design, and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes, including Service Contracts and Entitlements.
Gather requirements, write user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
Configure Salesforce CPQ for products, bundles (nested/standalone), rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting.
Implement Advanced Approvals (quote/quote line, smart approvals).
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.
Support Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
Perform root cause analysis for issues and recommend solutions.
Drive data migration/integration projects using Salesforce Data Loader, SQL, and SOQL queries.
Provide documentation, training, and functional support across the organization.

8โ10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
Proven hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience (certification preferred).
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes.
Functional expertise in product/bundle setup, rules, guided selling, pricing, discounting, approvals.
Experience in Service Contracts and Entitlement management.
Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with high motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
