Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• SF Data Cloud Consultant Certified (Preferable)

• Pharma experience or familiarity with privacy frameworks like HIPAA (not mandatory, but preferable)

• Experience designing and implementing 1st and 3rd-party data ingestion from varied sources including web, CRM, mobile apps, and media platforms

• Strong understanding of Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Segmentation within Salesforce Data Cloud

• Ability to design and implement Calculated Insights to derive metrics used for personalization and segmentation

• Understanding of customer lifecycle and journey orchestration, and how to use unified profiles to enhance marketing outcomes

• Ability to troubleshoot issues across data mapping, identity stitching, or segment activation flows

Certification: SF Data Cloud Consultant Certified (Preferred)

Key Skills & Experience:

• Has hands of experience working on SF Data Cloud

• SF certification (preferable)

• Understanding of Data Streams, models within SF Data Cloud

• Preferably worked on integrating downstream systems in the past
