Key Responsibilties:
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
Ensure CRM best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Developer II a plus)
Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex
Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, Gearset)
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in mentoring or technical leadership
