Key Responsibilties:

Architect and implement end-to-end DevOps pipelines using Copado, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
Define sandbox management strategies, release governance, and version control best practices.
Lead the transition from feature-based deployments to modular, package-based deployments using Copado.
Establish and enforce branching strategies for multi-org Salesforce programs aligned with enterprise delivery streams.
Partner with architects, developers, and release managers to enable scalable and repeatable deployments.
Provide training, onboarding, and documentation for DevOps standards and Copado workflows.
Support handover planning to internal teams for long-term release management.

Required Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in Salesforce Development & DevOps.
3+ years of hands-on enterprise experience with Copado.
Strong knowledge of Git branching models and CI/CD concepts.
Expertise in Salesforce multi-org architecture and package-based development.
Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, and deployment strategies.
Proven ability to lead DevOps design discussions and mentor teams.
Must be available to work EST hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
