Salesforce Health Cloud Architect

Qualifications:

• Extensive Salesforce Experience: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise implementations

• Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, hands-on experience as an Architect or Lead Developer in multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce Health Cloud implementations. Deep understanding of Health Cloud data models, features, and capabilities

• Healthcare Industry Background (Mandatory): Solid understanding of the healthcare domain, including clinical workflows, patient journeys, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and industry challenges

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, and/or Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional certifications are highly preferred

• Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs

• Integration Experience: Experience with various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware) and tools

• Data Migration: Experience with data migration strategies and tools for large datasets

• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of driving technical direction and inspiring teams
