Salesforce Lead Developer (Velocity & OmniStudio )

Required Skills & Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Mandatory)
OmniStudio Certification (Mandatory)
Velocity Certification (Mandatory)
10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Expert in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce development best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilties:

Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment.
Build and customize components using LWC, Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Integrations.
Work across Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud implementations.
Collaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders for solution delivery.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and CI/CD compliance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
