Salesforce Retail Cloud (POS) Consultant

Key Responsibilties:

• Implement and configure Salesforce Retail Cloud POS modules:
  • Sales & Return
  • Deposit Sales
  • Employee Sales
  • Store Credit
  • Receipt from DC
  • Return to DC
  • STS (Store-to-Store)
  • Physical Inventory
  • Daily Closing

• Design, develop, and test eCommerce and retail solutions using Salesforce (leveraging low-code where applicable).

• Ensure seamless system integrations with external and internal systems.

• Provide L3 support and resolve production issues.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver new features and enhancements.

• Align solutions with retail best practices (clienteling, endless aisle, omni-channel fulfillment).

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• 7+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce Retail Cloud / POS implementations

• Proficiency in Salesforce platform development & configuration (Flows, Apex, Integrations)

• Solid knowledge of retail business processes and omni-channel commerce strategies

• Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting production issues

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
