Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibility:

• Lead the design and development of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions

• Define architecture best practices, patterns, and integration strategies

• Oversee system integrations, data models, and code quality for enterprise-scale deployments

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and governance processes

• Participate in code reviews and technical assessments

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on complex implementations

• Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL

• Expertise in integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Salesforce Connect

• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, Copado)

• Strong knowledge of data security models, sharing rules, and performance optimization

• Salesforce certifications: System Architect or Application Architect (preferred)

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
