Senior Business Analyst

Key Requirements:

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to define requirements for telecom systems

  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation

  • Analyze BSS/OSS processes and identify optimization or automation opportunities

  • Bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams

  • Perform impact/gap/root cause analysis and support solution design

  • Lead UAT efforts and validate deliverables

  • Track telecom KPIs, SLAs, and support business reporting needs

  • Keep up with industry trends and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, IT, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom Domain (BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Network Ops)

  • Knowledge of telecom processes (order mgmt, provisioning, billing, customer care)

  • Tools: MS Word, Visio, Confluence, JIRA

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telecom certifications (eTOM, TM Forum)

  • Experience with platforms like Amdocs, Netcracker, Oracle BRM, Ericsson

  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
