Sr. Salesforce Developer

Responsibility:

• 12+ years of total IT experience with 8–10+ years in Salesforce development

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and SOSL

• Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma) is preferred

Qualifications:

• Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations

• Lead end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers

• Develop and maintain system integrations with third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support post-deployment
