Required Skills & Expertise:
10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, LWC, Aura Components, Triggers.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model and features.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, HL7/FHIR, MuleSoft, Epic/EMR integrations.
Proficiency with Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI/PII handling).
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required), Developer II / Health Cloud Certification (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Shield, OmniStudio, Event Monitoring.
Familiarity with AI/ML integrations within Salesforce (nice to have).
