Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical consultants.

  • Architect and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

  • Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

  • Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, especially in Financial Services Cloud.

  • Bridge communication between technical and business teams for smooth project execution.

  • Represent the technical team in client meetings, workshops, and solution reviews.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (especially in Financial Services Cloud).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of third-party integrations and middleware tools.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and deployment automation tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
